The staff were pleasant and helpful. I extend special thanks to Mr Skander and Ms. Salma. They went beyond with any request that we had. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area that includes Souq Waqif. The room was spacious and very comfortable!!!

I noticed the walls in the room were covered in stains. The furniture and doors seemed worn.

I totally loved the location near souq waqif and msheireb downtown! it made exploring super easy. the hotel team is so guest-focused, always ready with a smile! plus, the rooftop bar views of the city are just amazing, i can't forget that view! the rooms are awesome. They face souq waqif and have great views.

The gym was a tad small. I wish it had more equipment.
