Excellent Hotel Experience
helpful staff comfortable room
The staff were pleasant and helpful. I extend special thanks to Mr Skander and Ms. Salma. They went beyond with any request that we had. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area that includes Souq Waqif. The room was spacious and very comfortable!!!
I noticed the walls in the room were covered in stains. The furniture and doors seemed worn.

The Cila Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. The manager Khalil ensures every detail is perfect. The staff provides warm and really good service and goes above and beyond expectations. They take pride in creating a personalized experience.

fantastic stay!
central location attentive team rooftop views awesome rooms
I totally loved the location near souq waqif and msheireb downtown! it made exploring super easy. the hotel team is so guest-focused, always ready with a smile! plus, the rooftop bar views of the city are just amazing, i can't forget that view! the rooms are awesome. They face souq waqif and have great views.
The gym was a tad small. I wish it had more equipment.

the rooftop restaurant offered amazing city views. My room included two separate sinks.. a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh fruit.
the gym was somewhat small for a hotel of this size.

great location easy access helpful staff bathroom smell brown water unhelpful reception
the location was indeed great. access to the souq was easy. the valet service was good. i liked how they confirmed the tours.
the bathroom did smell. i also seen brown water from both rooms. the reception was not much help, even at checkout. they called my room at 11 pm, waking me. i dont know what they wanted.

damp smell dripping water
the room i was initially given had a distinct damp smell. there were visible damp patches on the ceiling. water dripped from the ac unit onto the carpet. i reported it at checkout but didn't receive much of a response.

perfect location beautiful pool area friendly staff
the location was perfect. It was near the souk. the pool area was beautiful and also included a pool bar. the staff were very friendly, and it was nice that i could get a beer.
The light switches had a dimmer function. I prefer simple on and off switches. this was only a minor issue! though
